An update from Pastor K.B...
I would like to be thankful to you for your prayer supports for the "Spiritual Revival Conference" and water baptism service of Gospel Assembly Nepal this month. Here is latest update on above mentioned subject:
I. Spiritual Revival Conference: We had 3 days Spiritual Revival Conference on 12 to 14 of October. This time we really had challenge how to make it success due to the number of participants and bad weather throughout month of October. We continually having rain from first week of October, we were having continual prayer chain from the month of September for the success of conference. The rain stopped Just 2 days before conference till the end of it. It was raining heavily around Nepalgunj city continually but not in Nepalgunj. Halleluijya !
There were bit more than 10 thousand participants to the conference. It was the largest gathering ever by by Gospel Assembly Nepal, so much challenges for providing the facility of feeding, hosting, toilet sanitation etc for such a large group for 3 days. By the help of the Lord we could managed all of facilities for them. More than a thousand participants went home experiencing miraculous healing in their body. 319 new people received salvation by accepting christ in their life fist time. Above one hundred people committed their life to serve the Lord Jesus Christ in full time ministry.
It was the
"Tenth Anniversary" of partnership between Gospel Assembly Nepal and You Said Go Ministries. We recall the memory of having first conference 10 years ago in our old church hall with around 200 believers. God has blessed our work beyond our thought. Theconference was greatly successful. Special thanks to all
dearspeakers of the conference.
II. Baptism Service: After the conference we arranged baptism service in 3 different districts: Bardiya 16th- 110 people; Nepalgunj 17th -90 people and Dang on 18th of October -600 people! Total 800 people were baptised within 3 days. It is the peak of harvest season so all could not come up to baptism service, so we will arrange next baptism service in suitable time.

Because of your financial support, we have just received another GREAT update from Pastor K.B...
Dear Ps. David and Rhonda,
Love and greetings ! We have just inaugurated two more Church buildings, and I would like to post their short report and pictures. So it will encourage you to pray and know what the Lord has been doing in Nepal through your prayer and contributions. These Churches are:
1) Sandesh Church Sishnaniya, Dang. This is going to be the largest and well built church building in Dang. Walls are made of bricks and concrete plastered, roof are supported by steel truss and tin roof, about 3,000 sq. feet sized. We have used $10,000 USD from the fund you have sent in July 2012 and January 2013 for Church buildings. The total expenses of this building project is about $24,500 USDs. We have got help from a team in England $6,000 USD. GAN churches and local congregation together could contribute worth of $5,700 USD. That leaves us with a $2,800 USD bill to be paid. Hope you will be happy to see this nicer Church building of Sishaniya Sandesh Church. Pawan Tharu, pastor of this congregation is making request for prayer so that they could clear up the remaining dues.
Thank you so much for your earnest prayers and faithful support!

1) Sandesh Church Shovanagar, Bardiya: This church was started almost 3 years ago by a miracle of dead man (Aaitawari Tharu) raised, he was the first convert and then many came to the Lord by this gracious miracle of the Lord. And many other miracles of healing done by the powerful hand of our Lord. New Church Building built and inaugurated in the morning of 26th of June. Sushila and I went to inauguration service there. The building is built with bricks wall, and plastered the walls with mud and tin room supported by good timbers. This newly built decent building can hold about 250 adult people. Subash Tharu is pastoring this church. He has graduated from our bible school (CLS) last year and married also last year. You both were there in his wedding I think.

Built with bricks walls, tin roof supported timbers. This building was inaugurated in the afternoon of 26 June. Sushila and I went to this service, and we inaugurated both Church buildings (Shovanagar and Ghurbitta) on the same day. It was so hot and humid, sweating so much, but we were so much happy and joyful to with all of our brothers and sisters who were also happy and thankful to the Lord for new church building.

We inaugurated this church building on 28th June, Friday. It was so hard for us to reach there, because already we have fixed this day of inauguration and from early morning it was raining continually, Tularam helped us taking there by jeep, and it was so hard for him to take jeep there. Mohan, Dakt, Suresh, Tularam went there with Sushila and me to the inauguration service. It was so wonderful and blessed day to be with our brothers and sisters of there who were very very happy and thankful to the Lord for their new Church building in a poor and backward village.
