UPDATE #2

Dear Ps. David and Rhonda, Almost every day many girls and boys are rescued from Gan-Nepal booth located near Indo-Nepal border. Yesterday also they brought 2 girls and 1 boy from there. They are from mountain near by Kathmandu, it is north west remote mountainous district called Dhading and VDC is called Jharlang-2. This is the place of Tamang tribal people in Nepal. So these 2 girls: Premika Tamang-16 years old (wearing read sweater), other one girl is: Man Maya Tamang -13 years old she is wearing purple color dress and boy is: Bom Bahadur Tamang-12 years old, he is wearing check shirt. All of them are from same village. And small girl Man Maya Tamang and boy Bom Bahadur Tamang are family related. Some agent who supply girls to brothel in Indian city and child labor to the factory of Indian big city gave false dream of providing them good joy opportunity to them and to their parents. So the agent offered 19,000/- nepali rupees to their parents in total. So parents send them with the agents. As they were trying to cross the border, our Gan-Nepal staff wanted to inquire about them and brought them to the booth and began to do cross questions with girls, boy and agents. The agents went away from there leaving those girls and boy to the booth. Gan-Nepal staff gave them serious counselling regarding all the risks factors while going with agents in India. Their eyes were open then. They were brought to Gan-Nepal office and kept for a while. So since Gan-Nepal doesn't have safe house and need someone's help. There is another secular organisation working among children in risk. While I was going to Rupaidiya I have seen 2 boys who were also rescued from the hand of agents last week. Our staff said almost every day they are rescuing girls and boys but not able to help them fully keeping them with us for some time, heal them emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, pray for them and share the love of Christ. We are not able to do this because we don't have the safe house yet. So we need to pray about it seriously.
I have attached their photos to this email.
Blessings and thanks.

Updates!

As the Word of God spreads across Nepal and more people convert to christianity, the needs grow! Praise God! We've had so many updates and prayer requests regarding needs in Nepal that we wanted to share a little of what has come in from Pastor K.B. over the past week.
Below are some excerpts from his emails along with pictures that he has taken.
Dearest Friends Ps. David and Rhonda,
Our visit to Dailekh on last Thursday was tough. Not because of the road but because of not good vehicle and not good driving. We met believers of Dailekh down in the river and had baptism service there. Evening 5:00 we reached to Dailekh Church. Next day on Friday morning we had the inauguration service of new church building of there. The service was wonderful, it went up to 3:30 pm, because we had to start late 12:30 pm waiting for many other believers of villages.
Sushila, Dakt felt so much sick and Suresh also felt sick. Mine body also paining so much.
But we are so happy and thankful to the Lord for the work going on there. Many signs and miracles taking place in mountain areas, the Lord is working powerfully. A new School also started in very remote (North) side of Dailekh district. They ask me to pray for and help for this, also ask me to give the name, I gave name: "Naya Goreto School" (in Nepali) in English it mean "New Track School". Every one like this name. There are new team of believers who are from Magar tribe. Most of the people in this area is Magar tribe. The new work has begun here among this tribal people. Many signs, wonders and healing taking place among this people here. Damber and Pabitra will be supervising this school and ministry work. This school is also getting popular in the town.
Today was Nepali New year day, we had rest and prayer at home.
We are excited for our visit to your place is getting closer, and we will have great fellowship with our dearest people.
Thank you so much for your prayers.
Lots of love and blessings.
Ranjita's water well. They are constructing a
new house so this is a great blessing to them.
Water well for Tilak. This is a great help
to his family.
Dear Ps. David and Rhonda,
May the Lord will give you all the favour and draw the favour of people where ever you travel.
I am just attaching some pictures of water well given recently to the needy families in and around Nepalgunj. You please read the title of photos, explained about the photo of water well given to which family. There are many more wells given to Dang recently.
We all are doing fine here.
Thank you so much for all your prayers.
Love and blessings !

*We have recently sent money to purchase land in the Ilam District of far eastern Nepal to start building a church that will serve as a regional outreach facility.
*Work was completed on building a chicken house for a Pastor in Sindhupalchowk district so he can have income to support family.
*We sent money to start church construction in Bardiya district mid-western Nepal
*We will be hosting Pastor KB and Sushila for one month of ministry and fellowship here in America during the month of May!
A lot of fundraising and awareness is being done by the young adults of our church to raise funds to buy the property (pictured below) to establish a safe house for the Human Trafficking work through Gan-Nepal (Pastor KB and Sushila)  $35,000 needed for phase one. This is a very serious issue and what an incredible opportunity it would be to help save these young girls from an atrocious crime.
Recently saved from trafficking!
This is the land we would like to buy...
As you can see, there is so much going on and yet so much to be done! Thank you, thank you, thank you supporters and prayer partners for all you do. With your help, we believe the needs listed will come to fruition.
We serve an amazing God!
